Made It

It was a lot of work and more than a few set backs but the 1200 made the NEC classic car show. The first trip to the MOT station failed after half a mile and the RAC towed me back, fuel trouble sorted it went back the next day with an advisory about a track rod end, which I have checked and completely agree with, other problems found after driving for the first time, headlamps very dull suspect earth problem, driveshafts knocking really badly, heater not working, oh yes and it's still leaking oil this time from the sump gasket or rear seal not sussed it yet.
